KALSEE Credit Union approached Xtend with a unique request during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic: asking to help them improve their loan attrition rate. Xtend Data Analytics took up the challenge and put together a customized “Losing the Love” initiative to reach out to members with aging, recently paid off, and low balance auto loans.

Xtend Scorecards answer big questions for credit union call centers

Interest in Xtend’s Scorecard products has increased during the COVID-19 period, with eight scorecards completed between May and June. Most popular is the Xtend Call Center scorecard, which analyze credit union phone interactions with members. The Xtend team reviews “wrap up” codes in the CU*BASE® core processing platform, which are used at the end of a phone call to summarize the interaction.
