stk158045rkeXtend Member Marketing is more than just a package of electronic communication services.  Xtend marketing provides simple, convenient, and creative ways to communicate the value of your credit union to members.  Xtend integrates a new channel for marketing and delivering information that keeps content fresh, and members engaged with your brand.  Xtend will customize marketing materials with your credit union branding and contact information to ensure consistent brand management across multiple communication channels.

Recent studies have shown that as many as 9 in 10 members want to receive electronic messages from their credit union. The CU*BASE suite you already own provides a  powerful set of data mining and communication tools right at your fingertips.  But the busy work of developing and delivering your messages to members can be challenging to say the least. Xtend Member Marketing utilizes five main services for electronic communication:

Member Reach Product Education 

  • HTML Email: Email messages for any occasion that utilize images, links, graphics, and video to capture the eyes of members and inspire action.
  • HTML eStatement notification: Monthly HTML notification that includes credit union branding, contact information, and direct links.
  • eInfo: An attachment to the eStatement icon from within It’s Me 247 Online Banking, keeping your eStatement users “in the know.”
  • Online Banking Community Stories: Custom text placed on the It’s Me 247 Online Banking login screen, keeping your brand, products and services “top of mind.”
  • Member Connect Messages: Plain text messages delivered via email and online banking, sent to members at specific times during their relationship with the credit union

Member Reach OBC and E-Info Request Form

Complete the OBC and E-Info form to submit your Online Banking Story and confirm your E-Info option. You can email your request to Requests must be submitted by the 20th of the month in order to be scheduled for the 1st of the following month. Failure to submit content by the deadline will result in scheduling the content for the next statement period.
