Credit union marketing strategy and planning
Where a new conversation starts. The plan is worth having on its own, and it decides what else on this page you actually need.
Marketing consultation
Thirty minutes with our team to review your goals, current marketing and the challenges you’re facing. No pitch and nothing to sign. You leave with a short readback and a recommended next step.
Complimentary
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A call with your marketing lead or CEO
- We bring what we can already see from the outside
- Bring your current plan, goals or the problem you are stuck on, so the thirty minutes goes further
What you get
- A short readback of what we heard
- A recommended next step, if there is one
New
Marketing assessment
An honest picture of where your marketing stands before you spend anything.
Starting at $500
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A snapshot of what is running today and a scan of who you compete with
- A readiness review: data access, team capacity, brand assets, tracking
What you get
- Written findings with recommendations in priority order
- Delivered inside two weeks
- Yours to keep whether or not you work with us
New
Marketing plan
Three to five goals for the year, the measures that show progress, and the plan to reach them. Starts with an assessment of where you are today.
Starting at $2,750
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Working sessions with your leadership team to agree on the top three to five objectives, in priority order
- A measurable goal written under each objective, with the KPIs and the data source that will report on it
- Strategies and supporting tactics mapped to each objective, built from the assessment and your own CBX data
- A review of what you have the people, budget and data to execute, so the plan is one you can actually run
What you get
- Three to five objectives with a measurable goal and named KPIs under each
- The strategies and tactics that address each objective, and who owns them
- Target segments, product priorities and channel mix tied back to those objectives
- Twelve-month direction with a focused 90-day roadmap to start against
- The foundation work that has to happen first, named plainly
New
Marketing partnership
A marketing team without the hire. Monthly hours for strategy and execution, guided by your marketing plan.
Starting at $1,200 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Any service on this page can run inside the hours
- The plan names what you handle and what we handle, so nothing sits in the middle
- Cadence agreed up front and revisited quarterly
What you get
- Execution hours every month, spent on whatever the plan puts first
- Any service on this page run inside those hours, after its one-time build
- Scheduled strategy sessions included, not billed separately
- Monthly reporting, a quarterly strategic review and summaries you can hand to a board
Good to know
One monthly fee instead of several. You pay the one-time build for each channel you switch on, then everything runs inside your hours, and scheduled strategy sessions are included rather than billed separately. The right tier depends on your asset size, how much your own team can absorb, and how many channels you want live at once.
New
Scheduled strategy sessions
A standing meeting with your marketing strategist every two weeks, every month or every quarter. We review your numbers against the plan and come with recommendations.
Starting at $250 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Your numbers pulled and read against the plan before each session, not during it
- Written recommendations prepared in advance, so the session is a decision rather than a status update
- Your marketing plan recalibrated every quarter. A full annual rewrite is priced as a new marketing plan
- One strategist who knows your credit union and stays with you
What you get
- The sessions, with an agenda set beforehand
- A written summary after each one you can forward or drop into a board packet
- Your annual plan kept current instead of going stale by March
Good to know
Direction and accountability, not execution. Nobody here writes your emails or builds your campaigns, and there are no hours to draw down. Included at no charge inside a marketing partnership. If you already pay a monthly fee for a channel, strategy for that channel is covered there. Sessions are for the plan as a whole.
New
Fractional marketing leadership
A senior marketing leader for a credit union that can’t justify hiring one.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A standing seat at your leadership table
- Annual planning with quarterly recalibration
What you get
- Board-ready reporting and presentations
- Budget and allocation guidance
- Help evaluating vendors and marketing technology
New
Special project
For something you need that isn’t on this page.
Quoted at $150 an hour
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- We write a scope of work from what you describe
What you get
- A defined deliverable at a price agreed before we start
Attract new members with ads, partnerships and community marketing
Plans and advertising that bring new people through the door, tracked from first click to application.
New
Paid search and social ads
Reach people in your area on Google, Facebook and Instagram when they’re shopping for a loan or an account.
Starting at $1,000 to build, $350 a month, plus ad spend
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Google Ads on loan and account intent inside your field of membership
- Conversion tracking in place before anything goes live
- Meta and display advertising
- Retargeting site visitors and audiences that look like your best members
- Banners that give radio and streaming ads somewhere to click
What you get
- Up to 3 live ad campaigns, built with conversion tracking
- Ongoing keyword, bid and budget management
- A monthly paid media report in funded accounts, not clicks
- Up to 3 live ad campaigns with the creative built
- Ongoing audience, budget and creative management
- A monthly paid media report
Good to know
The build includes the plan for this channel, so you do not need a full marketing plan to start. Your ad spend is separate and is usually the larger number. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay the monthly fee separately, because it runs inside their hours. This is paid advertising, separate from your organic accounts, which are covered under Website and search. The build includes the plan for this channel, and retargeting needs tracking on your website first. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay the monthly fee separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Media planning and buying
Radio, streaming, billboards and TV connected to something you can actually measure.
Starting at $1,200 for the plan, $300 a month to manage, plus media
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A media plan built against your budget and audience
- Unique URLs, codes and phone numbers per placement
What you get
- The plan and the schedule
- Placements bought and trafficked
- A monthly read on what each placement produced
Good to know
Traditional media cannot be attributed as precisely as digital, which is why every placement gets its own code. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay the monthly fee separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Employer partnership kit
Everything needed to turn an employer relationship into new members, and prove which employer produced them.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- An offer built for the employers worth the effort
- A tracked landing page per employer, so enrollments can be counted
What you get
- An offer built for each employer
- A tracked landing page per employer
- Materials their HR team can hand out
- A report on which new members came from which employer
Good to know
Scales with how many employers you want to approach, and results depend on employer cooperation, which we cannot promise on their behalf.
New
Dealer and realtor partnerships
Win the loan at the dealership and the open house, not six months later.
Starting at $1,500
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Co-branded materials built for dealers and realtors
- Partner kits with tracking codes
What you get
- A co-branded partner kit with tracking codes
- Materials built for dealers and realtors
- Reporting by partner, so you know who sends you business
Good to know
Scales with the number of partners. Partner compliance with tracking codes is the usual failure point, so the kit is built to make it easy.
New
Financial education and lead generation
Earn permission to talk to people before they’re ready to open anything.
Starting at $2,250 to build, $450 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Webinars, guides, workshops and school partnerships
- Sign-up capture with proper consent
What you get
- A content series: guides plus webinar or workshop materials
- A sign-up page with consent capture
- An opted-in list that feeds straight into follow-up
- A monthly report on sign-ups and what happened next
Good to know
Sign-up capture needs somewhere to live on your website, and following up with non-members needs the platform in place. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Community, sponsorship and reviews
Turn the giving you already do into visibility, and reviews into trust.
Starting at $900 to build, $150 a month for reviews
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Review requests sent at the right moments
- A plan to make each sponsorship visible across channels
What you get
- A review program and a monthly review report
- An activation plan per sponsorship, with the pieces built
Good to know
We can ask for reviews and respond to them. We cannot remove a negative review, and no one who says they can is telling you the truth. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Market expansion study
Where to grow when your charter or footprint expands.
Starting at $1,500
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Eligible population, competitors and access reviewed by area
What you get
- Markets ranked
- A recommendation on where to start and how
Good to know
The starting price covers one market. Additional markets, branch siting analysis and field of membership expansion filings are quoted on top.
Turn applications and interest into funded accounts
Most people who start a digital application never finish it. These close the gap between a click and a funded account.
New
Campaign landing pages
A web page built to convert, handing off cleanly into account opening.
Starting at $650 per page
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- One page per campaign, with tracking built in
- A clean handoff into your online application
What you get
- The live page, with tracking built in
- Two rounds of revisions and a final prep before launch
- Conversion reporting tied back to the campaign
Good to know
Both the price and whether this is possible at all depend on your content management system, who has publishing access, and what your template will allow. Some platforms cannot support a proper landing page, and some can only do it with your web vendor involved. We check this before quoting.
New
Prospect and applicant follow-up emails
Keep talking to interested people until they open, and nudge everyone who started an application and stopped.
Starting at $1,800 to build, $375 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Leads from paid campaigns, forms and your agency imported into the platform
- A timed series that runs until they open or opt out
- Separate follow-up for applications started and abandoned
What you get
- The automated email series, live and branded
- Separate follow-up for applications started and abandoned
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
- Lead-to-member numbers, not just open rates
Good to know
Abandoned application follow-up needs your online application provider to expose who started and did not finish. Not every provider does.
New
Indirect loan borrowers to members
Turn a dealership loan into a real relationship with automated emails to indirect borrowers.
Starting at $1,800 to build, $375 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A welcome built specifically for indirect members
- A dedicated series offering checking, direct deposit and cards
What you get
- The automated email series, live and branded
- A report on indirect borrowers who added a second product
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
Good to know
Depends on having usable email addresses for indirect borrowers, which is often where this stalls. A data hygiene pass first is usually money well spent.
New member onboarding emails and reporting
Automated emails that guide new members through their first 90 days, plus reporting that shows which products they opened and whether they started using digital banking.
New member onboarding automated emails
Known as Journeys & New Member Onboarding
Welcome new members and guide them through their first 90 days with emails based on what they hold and how they bank.
$1,800 to build, $375 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A welcome within one business day, split for direct and indirect members
- Branches based on what they already hold and whether they use digital banking
- Milestones you set, not ones we assume
What you get
- The full welcome series, live and branded
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
- Same-day removal of any member you name
Good to know
A standard template designed in your brand is included at no charge. If you also run 40+ automated emails triggered by CBX data, five library messages have to be switched off or new members get double-messaged for their first 90 days. We handle that, but it is worth knowing it happens.
New member onboarding reporting
Known as New Member Reporting
See whether new members opened products and started using digital banking in their first 120 days.
$600 setup, $150 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- New member activity pulled from CBX across their first 120 days
What you get
- Products and services opened
- Self-service adoption
- Direct, indirect and online-opened members reported separately
New
Youth member onboarding emails
Reach members turning 18 with what membership gets them, before someone else does.
Starting at $1,800 to build, $375 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- The same engine as new member onboarding, with content written for that age
What you get
- The youth series, live and branded
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
Good to know
Contact data for young members is the weakest in most member files. Expect lower reach here than on your general population.
Same journey. Different inbox.
Two new members join the same week. Emails 2 and 3 change based on what each one already has, so both get messages that fit. The ones outlined in teal are the ones that change.
Member A
Opened checking and already banks on the app

Member B
Car loan through a dealership, no checking yet

Grow member relationships with automated emails and campaigns
Emails triggered by CBX data, campaigns and one-time sends that turn single-product members into members who bank with you first.
40+ automated emails triggered by CBX data
Known as Member Reach
The right message to the right member at the right moment, running on its own once it’s set up.
$1,800 to build, $375 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A managed library you choose from, rather than a series you have to design
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual triggers
- Standard exclusions checked on every single send
What you get
- The messages you selected, live and branded
- Monthly performance reporting at no extra charge
Good to know
A standard template designed in your brand is included at no charge. The Email design system is for credit unions who want more than the standard look.
Custom automated email journey
Known as Journeys
An automated email series built around a trigger you choose, like a new loan, a birthday or a closed account.
Starting at $1,800 to build, $375 a month per journey
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Built in your own environment against your own data
- Scoped on the trigger, the touchpoints, the versions and the exclusions
What you get
- The journey, live and branded, built on the trigger you choose
- Every touchpoint and version it needs, at the same price
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
Good to know
A standard template designed in your brand is included at no charge. One price however many touchpoints, branches or versions it needs. Typical build is eight to twelve weeks, and content approval is usually the longest part. Worth checking 40+ automated emails triggered by CBX data first, because a lot of what gets asked for as custom is already built.
Single marketing campaign
Known as Campaigns
One goal across email, online banking, mobile, calls and print, with a report on the loans and applications it produced.
Starting at $480 per campaign
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Up to three emails, two online banking messages and a mobile banner per campaign, with outbound calls optional
- The third email goes only to the people who did not respond to the first two
- Audience, content and channel mix built around the goal rather than dropped into a template
- Print and organic social added where they earn their place. Paid search, social and display are priced on their own cards
What you get
- Up to three emails, two online banking messages and a mobile banner, live
- Outbound calls and print where you choose them
- An ROI report in applications and loans booked, not just opens and clicks
- Mobile banners at no charge
Good to know
Cost scales with channels and original creative: print and calls are the drivers, not the email. Two things worth saying before you buy. Promoting certificates to existing members mostly reprices deposits you already have, so a deposit campaign needs non-member reach alongside it if you want genuinely new money. And a one-click offer needs your lending team to have pre-approved the offer and set the parameters first, which is the harder half of that campaign.
Four marketing campaigns a year
Known as RevGen Campaigns
Four campaigns planned together so you’re in market every quarter.
$1,440 a year
How it works and what you get

And a one-click offer needs your lending team to have pre-approved the offer and set the parameters first, which is the harder half of that campaign.
Targeted one-time email to a custom audience
Known as Single Send Message
Rate changes, closures, events and required notices, out the door in 24 to 48 hours.
$120 per send
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- HTML email, plain text or an online banking message
- The audience built from CBX, or your whole membership
- Holiday and branch closure notices, network or online banking outages, rate changes, fraud alerts, event invitations and anything else that cannot wait for a campaign
- Required yearly notices too: privacy notice, annual meeting, fee schedule changes and board elections
- Prebuilt seasonal content is available if you would rather not start from a blank page
What you get
- The message, sent
- Open and click reporting
eStatement notification emails
Known as HTML eStatement Notifications
Turn the notice nearly every member opens into a branded email that promotes your products.
$600 setup, $75 a month. Optional promo refresh $25 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- An optional monthly refresh with your promotions, or ours if you would rather
What you get
- A branded monthly notice
- Optional mortgage eStatement notices
Good to know
A standard template designed in your brand is included at no charge.
Credit card payoff letter campaign
Known as Letter Check Campaigns
Printed letters with checks mailed to qualifying credit card holders, so they can pay off outside debt and move the balance to your card.
$1,035, plus printing and postage
New
Debit and credit card notice emails
Tell members when a card is ordered, where it’s going and whose name is on it, so the call never comes.
Starting at $1,800 to build, $375 a month per card type
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- You choose debit cards, credit cards, or both
- Sent per card, so two cards ordered at once send two notices
What you get
- Automated card notices for the card types you chose
- Monthly reporting at no extra charge
Good to know
Debit and credit cards come from separate data feeds, so each one is its own journey. Running notices for both means two builds and two monthly fees. A standard template designed in your brand is included at no charge.
Coming soon
SMS text messaging
Reach members by text for the messages that can’t wait for an inbox.
Starting at $600 setup, $250 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Your number registered and carrier-approved before a single message goes out
- Opt-in captured and stored against the member record, with STOP and HELP handled automatically
- Sent standalone, or as a step inside a journey you already run
- Fraud alerts, payment reminders, rate drops, closures and appointment confirmations, all from one place
What you get
- The channel live and registered
- Consent and opt-out managed for you, not left on a spreadsheet
- Delivery and response reporting alongside your email numbers
Good to know
Text is the most regulated channel you have. It needs express written consent per member, separate from email consent and not assumable from an account agreement. Carrier registration takes four to six weeks before the first send, and a message sent without consent is a TCPA problem rather than a marketing one. We build the consent capture and the opt-out handling, your compliance team approves the language.
New
Member newsletter
A regular reason for members to hear from you that isn’t a rate change.
Starting at $900 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Content written and designed each month
- Sent through the platform we already run for you
What you get
- The monthly newsletter, written, designed and sent
- Up to 800 words of new copy, linking out to as many of your articles as you like
- Reporting at no extra charge
New
Business member marketing
Business owners treated as their own audience instead of an afterthought.
Starting at $1,500 for the strategy
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Business members and prospects identified in your data
- Offers built for business lending and deposit accounts
What you get
- A business audience plan
- A campaign schedule
Good to know
Depends on CBX distinguishing business memberships cleanly. Many do not, and sorting that out comes first.
New
Product development and naming
A product with a clear audience and a name people remember.
Starting at $3,000
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Audience and competitor review
- Naming options tested with your staff and your members
What you get
- A product brief
- A recommended name and positioning
- A launch plan outline
Good to know
We do not clear trademarks. Names go to your legal counsel before you commit to one.
What credit unions say about our campaigns
“We have worked with Xtend on campaigns for several years. It is a quick and easy way to have a professional marketing campaign done in a short amount of time. The team at Xtend is always willing to give suggestions and share their expertise.”
Farm Bureau Family Credit Union
“Xtend is collaborative and easy to work with to schedule and launch. We have observed a noticeable increase in member engagement each time we have paired a campaign with one of our loan promotions.”
Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union
Member retention programs and surveys
Spot members who are drifting away using CBX signals, then reach them before they leave.
Member retention program
Known as Losing the Love
Spot members drifting away using 13 CBX signals, then reach them with targeted emails and surveys.
$650 setup, $340 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Thirteen disengagement signals watched every month
- Targeted emails and surveys built per signal
What you get
- Monthly reports by topic
- Target audience files ready to use in CBX
- Custom emails and surveys
Good to know
The program identifies who is leaving and reaches out. Whether they stay depends on what your team does with the list, so decide who owns follow-up before it starts.
Member retention reporting
Known as Losing the Love Enhanced Reporting
See which contacted members stayed, closed or opened something new.
$350 setup, $200 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Contacted members tracked against what they did afterward
What you get
- A monthly results report: who reversed the behavior, who closed and who opened something new
Member surveys
Known as Member Survey Program
Hear from members after a call, a new loan or a branch visit, with results every month.
$1,500 setup, $350 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Surveys sent by email each month after phone calls, new loans and in-branch transactions
- All-member surveys when you want to hear from everyone
- Other moments, like a new membership, added on request
What you get
- Survey emails, built and sent from our email platform
- A post-survey report
- Optional configuration in CBX so answers become action
Good to know
Surveys run inside our email platform, so there is no standalone survey link to post or share. Moments beyond the standard ones are scoped before they start.
New
Household and generational retention
Keep the family’s accounts when the oldest generation’s money moves.
Starting at $1,800 for the program design
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Household segmentation from CBX, so you can see which memberships belong to the same family
- Beneficiary and next-generation engagement
- A family referral offer
What you get
- Household segments you can use
- The program plan and messaging
- The content for the family series, ready to build
Good to know
Household segmentation quality depends entirely on how well CBX links related memberships. That gets assessed first.
New
Member experience research
See your credit union the way a member sees it.
Starting at $2,250 per study
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Mystery shopping across branch, phone and digital
- A journey audit, or net promoter setup if you would rather
What you get
- A findings report
- Fixes in priority order
- A debrief with your leadership team on what the findings mean
Good to know
Scales with the number of branches and channels shopped. Findings will name specific experiences, so agree in advance how that gets shared internally.
New
Member rewards tier program
Relationship rewards your whole team applies the same way.
Starting at $1,000
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Relationship scoring and tier setup in CBX
- Cost forecasting before it goes live
What you get
- Tiers live in CBX
- Incentives delivered automatically
Good to know
Requires CBX. The cost forecast comes before go-live for a reason, because tier rewards can get expensive faster than expected.
Marketing reporting, scorecards and member insights
Scorecards, dashboards and analysis that show what your marketing produced in members, loans and deposits.
Scorecard reports
Known as Scorecards
Two-page reports on your members or operations, pulled from CBX on a schedule.
Starting at $105 setup, $85 per scorecard
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Scorecards pulled on schedule from CBX
What you get
- Monthly call center reporting
- Quarterly marketing reporting
- One invoice, for less than buying each report on its own
Call center scorecard
Known as Know Why Your Members Call
Who called last month and why, with two recommended next steps.
$105 setup, $85 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Wrap-up codes pulled from CBX every month
What you get
- Call volume and who is calling
- Codes broken out by call type
- Findings and two recommended next steps
Good to know
Only as good as your wrap-up code discipline. If your team is not coding calls consistently, fix that first or the report will mislead you.
Email performance review
Known as Email Performance Analysis
What’s working in your marketing emails and what to change.
$1,035 per review
Social media scorecard
A monthly report on how your social media accounts are performing.
$129 setup, $129 a month
Market audience report
Known as Know Your Market Audience
Who’s in your market and where the marketing opportunities are.
Quoted
Credit card holder report
Known as Know Your Online Credit Card Holders
How your card holders behave and what they’re likely to need next.
Quoted
Custom report
Known as Custom Reporting
A report built around the question you bring.
$150 an hour
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Built from your question and what you are trying to decide
What you get
- A written analysis you can act on
Good to know
We scope the hours with you before starting, and tell you if the data cannot answer the question.
New
Campaign tracking from first click to funded account
Which new members came from which campaign, and what they brought with them.
Starting at $1,000 to build, $350 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Analytics, tag management and one tracking standard across everything
- Call tracking per channel and campaign codes on applications
- New members matched back to campaigns at 30, 60 and 90 days
What you get
- A monthly report in funded balances rather than member counts
- The sentence you can read to a board: twenty-five new members holding $840,000
Good to know
This one has real prerequisites. It needs access to your analytics, permission to place tracking on your website, and campaign codes on your online application. Without all three we can report on sends but not on funded accounts, so it is worth confirming who can grant each before you buy.
New
Marketing KPI dashboard
One view of what’s working, in language a board understands, kept current all year.
Starting at $1,500 to build, $250 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Your email, website, search and advertising results pulled together each month
- Set against the member and account numbers from your CBX reports, so you can see what moved
- A written readout for your leadership team on what connected to what, not just a chart
What you get
- A dashboard on the measures you agreed
- A monthly readout connecting marketing activity to member and account results
- A walkthrough with your leadership team
- New measures added as your plan changes
Good to know
This is not a live connection to CBX. Marketing results come from your analytics, search and email reporting, and member results come from reports pulled each month. Part of the monthly fee is the analysis that connects the two. A dashboard can only show what is already being measured, so if attribution is not in place, it will show activity rather than outcomes.
New
Enhanced reporting
A deeper read than the monthly report every journey already includes at no charge.

- Built on the programs you already run
- Scoped with you first, with the hours quoted at $150 an hour before we start
What you get
- A written report that answers the question you brought
- A walkthrough of what it shows and what to do about it
Core conversion communications and member data cleanup
Clear communication through a core conversion, and cleaner contact data so every campaign reaches more members.
Core conversion communications
Known as Conversion Communications
Keep members informed and confident through a core conversion.
Starting at $480
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Email, banners, social, statement inserts, postcards, packets and calls
What you get
- A communication plan for before and after
- Every piece built and scheduled
Good to know
The starting price covers a single announcement across email and online banking. A full conversion program, with statement inserts, postcards, packets and outbound calls across a months-long timeline, is quoted on top and usually runs into four figures. Scope depends on your conversion timeline and how many channels you need covered. Start this earlier than feels necessary, because print lead times are the constraint.
Member contact info cleanup
Known as Data Hygiene Campaign
Update member emails, phone numbers and addresses so every campaign reaches more people.
Starting at $900
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Framed around something they care about: a card conversion, new security, a fee change
- Email, print, banners, social and calls
What you get
- A campaign across every channel you use
- Before and after reach numbers, if you want them
Good to know
You can only email members you can already reach. Members with no valid contact details need print or a branch conversation, which is where the cost goes up.
Product launches, mergers, branch changes and crisis communications
Planned communication for the moments members remember most.
New
Product launch kit
A new product launched properly, to your staff as well as your members.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- An internal launch so your team can answer questions on day one
- Member announcement and branch materials
What you get
- The launch plan
- The materials
- A 90-day read on how it went
Good to know
The starting price covers one product, one member audience and a core set of pieces: the internal launch, the member announcement and branch materials. Multi-product launches, video, a paid media push or a launch event are quoted on top.
New
Branch opening or closing
An opening that fills the lobby, or a closing handled with care.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Opening: surrounding households identified, a grand opening plan, local media, signage and a first-90-days offer
- Closing: affected members identified by which branch they actually use, not by zip code, and told before they hear it somewhere else
- Where members go next, said plainly: nearest branch, shared branching, ATMs and digital
- Staff given the same answers your members are getting, before your members get them
What you get
- A dated communication plan across email, print, branch, social and local media
- Every piece built
- A response plan for the questions and complaints that follow a closure
Good to know
The starting price covers one branch on a standard notice period. Multi-branch consolidations, anything with press or political attention, and closures tied to a merger are quoted on top. Closures are the harder job and the one worth starting earliest. Regulatory notice periods set the timeline, not us, and your board decides what can be said and when. Real estate, signage installation and community relations work sit outside this.
New
Merger communications
Both memberships hear one clear story at every step.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Members, staff and community treated as separate audiences
- Regulatory milestones mapped to the messages that go with them
What you get
- The communication plan
- Every piece built
Good to know
Timing is set by your regulatory milestones, not by us, and confidentiality requirements limit what can be prepared in advance.
New
Full rebrand or name change
When the name or the identity itself has to change.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Research, naming, identity and rollout
What you get
- The new identity and brand guide
- A rollout plan
Good to know
Trademark clearance and regulatory name approval sit with your counsel and your regulator. We build around their timeline.
New
Crisis and member safety communications
Ready before the outage, the fraud wave or the breach, not during it.
Starting at $900
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Scenarios, approvals and channels agreed while everyone is calm
What you get
- A crisis plan
- Prewritten messages sitting ready to send
Good to know
The starting price covers up to three scenarios, with the approval path and the prewritten messages for each. A full playbook across every scenario you can think of, plus a tabletop exercise with your leadership team, is quoted on top.
Graphic design and social media management
Print and digital design in your brand, and social media run as part of your marketing plan.
Graphic design
Print and digital pieces in your brand, with two rounds of revisions included.
$150 an hour
New
Social media management
We plan, post and respond on your social accounts as part of your marketing plan, with a monthly report.
Starting at $1,800 setup, $1,200 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A content calendar built from your product priorities and campaign schedule, agreed a month ahead
- Original posts designed in your brand, not stock images with your logo on them
- Community management: comments and direct messages answered inside one business day, with anything sensitive escalated to you rather than answered
- Monthly reporting on reach, engagement and what it sent to your website
What you get
- Everything published on schedule across your platforms
- A month of content approved in advance, so nothing goes out you have not seen
- A monthly report that ties social back to the plan
- One point of contact who knows your credit union
Good to know
We post and respond under your name, so this needs admin access and a named person for escalation. Member complaints arrive in comments and can become regulatory matters, so those get routed to you rather than answered by us. Coverage is business hours, not around the clock. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Social media strategy and audit
Decide what your social accounts are for before anyone posts anything else.
Starting at $1,800
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Every account audited: what is posted, what performs, what is abandoned
- Competitor and peer review in your market
- Content pillars built from your marketing plan and product calendar, not from a holiday list
- A response playbook: what your team answers, what gets escalated, and what never gets answered in public
What you get
- A written strategy with content pillars and a posting cadence you can actually sustain
- Post templates in your brand
- The response playbook and escalation path
- A recommendation on which accounts to keep and which to close
Good to know
Worth doing before you buy a posting service, including ours. Some credit unions finish this and decide their own team can run it, which is a fine outcome.
New
Social content, ready to post
A month of designed posts and written captions, delivered to your team to publish on your schedule.
Starting at $900 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Built from the same content pillars and campaign calendar as the managed service
- Delivered as finished graphics with captions and suggested posting dates
What you get
- 12 to 16 designed posts a month with captions
- A suggested posting calendar
Good to know
You publish, you answer comments, and you own community management. If nobody on your team has time for that part, the managed service is the honest recommendation. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
Already using our social media portal? The self-service and Xtend-managed portal plans stay fully supported for current clients. They’re no longer offered to new clients. Current portal plans
Credit union branding and email design
Positioning, a refreshed look and an email design system, so every piece looks like your credit union.
New
Brand positioning and messaging
A clear reason to choose you, said the same way in every channel.
Starting at $1,350
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Interviews with leadership and the people at your front line
- A competitive review, plus what your own member data already says
What you get
- A positioning statement
- Messaging written for each audience
- A voice guide and tagline options
Good to know
Scales with how many people we interview and how many audiences you need messaging for.
New
Brand refresh
A current look without a rebrand. Your logo stays exactly as it is.
Starting at $4,500
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Color, type and imagery updated inside your existing identity
What you get
- An updated brand guide
- Email, social and print templates your team can use
Good to know
Rolling the refresh across your website, signage and CBX-generated documents is separate work and usually the larger job.
New
Brand enhancement and mood board
Settle the colors, patterns and type before anyone designs, so every piece after it has something to hold to.
Starting at $650
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- An audit of what already exists across your site, emails, print and branch
- Primary and secondary palettes, patterns, type scale and photography direction
- The global elements every email shares: buttons, links, headlines, lists, icons, header and footer
What you get
- A working set of brand standards, not a brand book nobody opens
- Color roles, and where each one is allowed to appear
- Everything settled that the templates depend on
Good to know
This comes first. Without it, every template is a fresh argument about color. It is the visual half of brand work and pairs with Brand positioning and messaging, which is the verbal half.
New
Email design system
A master template and a library of blocks, so your emails look like you without designing each one from scratch.
Starting at $1,350
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A master template plus a component library: heroes, offer cards, rate tables, quote blocks, calls to action, legal blocks and more
- Every message type covered: eStatement notifications, general news, your journeys, your automated message library, your newsletter and seasonal sends
- Locked regions, so nobody accidentally rewrites the footer
- Tested across email clients, Outlook included
What you get
- The master template and the component library
- Your existing sends redesigned on the new system
- A short usage guide so your team knows which block to reach for
Good to know
Every email product already includes a standard template in your brand at no charge. This is for credit unions who want their email to look like theirs rather than like a template, and it needs the mood board settled first.
New
Redesign of your 40+ automated emails
New layout, new imagery and refreshed copy for your automated emails.
Starting at $4,500 for the full set
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Design and copy refreshed across the messages you actually use
- Rebuilt in your current brand: color, type, imagery and calls to action
What you get
- The redesigned set, live
Good to know
Priced on how many messages you run. Refreshing a handful costs a fraction of the full library.
New
Graphic builder for your team
Your team makes new graphics on brand, without waiting on us.
Starting at $300
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A brand kit built in Canva, or whichever tool your team already uses
- Hero and interior graphic templates, plus social sizes derived from the same system
What you get
- The templates, ready to use
- A short how-to so a new hire can pick it up
New
Brand materials and templates
The rest of what your team runs on, built from the same rules as your email.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Master presentation templates for board, member and new-hire sessions
- Letterhead, proposals, memos and meeting notes
- Editable social templates across platforms and orientations, and business cards locked to the brand
- Booklets, branch handouts, welcome pieces and event material, set up print ready
What you get
- Editable templates your team owns
- A short usage guide so they stay on brand
- Print-ready files where they are needed
Good to know
Quoted by the pieces you want. Best done once a design direction is settled, and not needed to start. Printing is billed at cost by the printer.
Newsletters, events, signage and annual reports
The steady work between campaigns that members actually see.
New
Annual report and meeting materials
The one document every member and regulator can see, produced on time and on brand.
Starting at $2,750
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Designed from your brand standards, so it matches the rest of the year rather than living in its own world
- Your numbers laid out so a member can read them, with the chair and CEO letters edited rather than just typeset
- Annual meeting materials built from the same system: agenda, slides, ballots, signage and the mailed notice
- Statutory content checked against what has to be included
What you get
- The annual report, print ready and as a web version
- Annual meeting materials as a matched set
- Source files you keep
Good to know
Priced on page count and how much writing is needed versus laying out what you already have. Financial statements come from your finance team and are not audited or verified here. Book the timeline against your meeting date early, because print lead times are the constraint.
New
Photo and video production
Your real members, staff and branches instead of stock photography.
Starting at $1,200 per shoot day
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A shot list built from your marketing plan, not improvised on the day
What you get
- An edited photo library
- Short videos ready for social
Good to know
Members and staff appearing on camera need signed releases, which your team collects. Travel outside the region is billed at cost.
New
Event marketing
Annual meetings, member appreciation and shred days people actually turn up to.
Starting at $1,200 per event
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Invitations, reminders and on-site materials
What you get
- Every piece for the event
- Follow-up afterward
Good to know
Covers the marketing. Venue, catering, vendors and on-site staffing are yours.
New
In-branch and digital signage
Rate boards, lobby screens and teller line pieces that match whatever campaign is running.
Starting at $900 per quarterly refresh
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Designed from your current campaign calendar
What you get
- Signage files for every branch
Good to know
Scales with the number of branches and screen formats. Printing and installation are separate.
New
Spanish-language and multicultural marketing
Reach the communities in your field of membership in their own language.
Starting at $1,500 for the plan
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Audience and language review
- Your priority materials adapted, not just translated
What you get
- An audience and language plan
- Your priority materials adapted, not just translated
Good to know
Adapting materials is priced by volume. Serving those members well also needs staff who can answer the phone in that language, which is a bigger conversation than marketing.
New
Employer brand and recruiting
Help a lean credit union hire, using the same tools that bring in members.
Starting at $2,250
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Careers page, job ad templates and social recruiting
What you get
- An employer brand kit your HR team can run
Good to know
Job board spend and applicant tracking are separate, and hiring decisions stay entirely with you.
Credit union website design, SEO and AI search visibility
Website strategy, design and accessibility, plus search and content work that helps you show up in Google and in AI answers.
New
Website and search audit
What people in your market search for, why your pages aren’t the answer, and where the site loses visitors.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Keyword research for up to 5 product areas: what non-members search when they want a loan, an account or a local credit union
- Your 25 priority pages mapped to the term each should own, with pages competing with each other flagged
- A technical check across the whole site: mobile, crawlability, titles, structure and schema
- A basic accessibility scan and a basic security scan across the whole site: SSL, security headers, mixed content and outdated platform versions
- Content gaps against up to 3 competitors ranking above you
- AI readiness: whether your priority pages are written so an assistant can quote them
What you get
- A keyword map for your priority pages, in priority order
- Findings by page, with the fixes named
- Accessibility and security findings, flagged for your web team
- A content plan: what to rewrite first, what to write next, what to retire
Good to know
This finds the work; it does not fix it. The accessibility scan is automated and is not the full review, which is the Website accessibility audit. The security scan is a basic check, not a penetration test. Navigation and conversion paths are reviewed under Website strategy. Doing the work is either Content optimization month to month, or handed to your web team.
New
Website strategy
Decide what your site is for, page by page, before anyone designs or builds anything.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Sitemap and navigation rebuilt around what members and non-members actually come for
- Navigation and conversion paths reviewed page by page
- A job written for every page: what it answers and what it should make someone do
- Conversion paths mapped from first visit through to a funded account
- A platform recommendation if what you are on cannot do what you need
What you get
- A sitemap and page-by-page plan
- Conversion paths defined and measurable
- A clear recommendation on whether to fix, rebuild or move
Good to know
Quoted on site size and how many audiences you serve. This comes before design and build, and it is worth doing even if someone else builds the site.
New
Website design and build
A site built on the same design system as your email, so both look like the same credit union.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Designed from your brand standards and component library rather than from a blank page
- Page templates your team can reuse without calling anyone
- Built on your current platform where it can carry it, or a new one where it cannot
- Tracking, accessibility and search built in from the start rather than retrofitted
What you get
- The site, live
- Page templates and a short guide for your team
- Handover documentation, so you are not tied to us
Good to know
Quoted on page count, platform and how much content has to be written rather than moved. Hosting, domains and third-party integrations are billed at cost.
New
Website accessibility audit
Find accessibility problems on your site before a demand letter does.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A WCAG 2.2 AA review of your priority pages and forms
What you get
- Findings ranked by severity
- A fix list your web team can work from
Good to know
This identifies issues. It does not remediate them, and it is not a legal opinion or a certification. It is the full manual review; the Website and search audit only includes an automated scan.
New
Search visibility, including AI answers
Show up when someone nearby searches for a car loan or a checking account, and when AI assistants answer.
Starting at $1,500 to build, $450 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Local search and your Google Business Profile
- Pages structured so AI answer engines can cite them, not just rank them
- Monthly updates as search behavior shifts
What you get
- Your Google Business Profiles optimized and kept current
- Your priority pages rewritten for search and AI answers
- A monthly visibility report
Good to know
Scales with the number of branches and markets you serve, and with whether we can publish to your website or have to hand changes to your web vendor. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Content optimization
Improve the pages you already have so they rank, answer the question and open the account.
Starting at $650 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Two to three existing pages reworked each month, in the priority order the audit set
- Rewritten to answer the question a searcher actually typed, with the structure, internal links and conversion path to match
- Titles, descriptions and schema updated so search and AI assistants can read the page properly
- Rankings and page traffic tracked so you can see which rewrites moved
What you get
- Reworked pages, live
- Clearer paths into account opening
- A monthly note on what changed and what moved
Good to know
Different from the content program, which writes new pieces. This one makes existing pages perform. Publishing depends on access to your website, and where we cannot publish we hand finished content to your team or vendor. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.
New
Content program
New articles and guides that answer real member questions and help you show up in search.
Starting at $1,200 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- About two pieces a month
- Written for people first, and structured so AI answer engines can use them
What you get
- About two new articles or guides a month
- Each one written to answer a real member question and structured for search
- Published to your site, or delivered ready to post where we cannot publish
Good to know
Publishing depends on access to your website. Where we cannot publish, we deliver finished content for your team or vendor to post. Monthly support for this channel is included in the fee above. Credit unions on a marketing partnership do not pay it separately, because it runs inside their hours.

Get more from CBX and your marketing tools, automate recurring reports and keep email deliverability healthy.
New
CBX optimization review
A guided look at how CBX is set up for marketing, including the tools nobody has opened.
Starting at $2,000
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Ten to twelve guided sessions, about two hours each
What you get
- A prioritized list of quick wins and deeper projects
Good to know
Needs real time from the staff who work in CBX daily. About twenty to twenty-four hours of their time across the sessions.
New
CBX system health check
Regular check-ins on how your marketing uses CBX, with a consultant who knows your credit union.
Starting at $250 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- The CBX tools your marketing relies on, release readiness and priorities every session
- A rotating deep-dive topic
What you get
- An action plan out of each session
New
Reporting automation
Take a recurring manual reporting job off someone’s plate for good.
Starting at $1,200 for the first 8 hours
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- The workflow mapped with the person who runs it today
What you get
- End-to-end automation, delivering in the formats you already use
Good to know
Complex reports run past eight hours. We tell you the estimate after mapping the workflow and before building.
New
Custom query reporting subscription
Custom queries against your CBX data, delivered as reports on a subscription.
Starting at $100 a month
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Up to ten custom queries a month, written to your specification
- Most of them scheduled to run on their own, so the report just arrives
What you get
- Query-based reports in the format you asked for
Good to know
Delivered by CU*NorthWest, who build and run the queries. We help you decide what to ask for and put the results to work. Not available if you are planning a move off CBX.
New
Competitive and market analysis
What the banks and credit unions around you offer, say and charge.
Starting at $1,200
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A review of competitor sites, rates, offers and messaging in your market
What you get
- A side-by-side of competitor offers, rates and messaging
- A written summary with the openings worth going after
Good to know
Scales with the number of competitors and markets covered.
New
Marketing technology audit
What you pay for across email, social, your website and analytics, and how much of it you use.
Starting at $900
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Tool by tool: what it costs, who uses it, what it overlaps with
What you get
- A keep, consolidate or cut recommendation for each one
Good to know
Needs visibility into contracts and invoices, which usually means a conversation with finance as well as marketing.
New
Email deliverability and domain health
Make sure the email you’re paying for reaches the inbox.
Starting at $600
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked
- Sender reputation and inbox placement tested
What you get
- Findings and the specific fixes, written for your IT team
Good to know
We identify what to change. Whoever controls your DNS has to make the change, and that is often a third party.
New
Advertising compliance audit
Catch trigger terms and missing disclosures in what’s already running.
Starting at $1,500
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- A review against Truth in Lending, Truth in Savings and UDAAP
What you get
- Findings piece by piece
- Suggested fixes
Good to know
Your compliance team keeps the final say. This is a second set of eyes, not a sign-off and not legal advice.
New
Platform migration
Move off a second email platform without losing your history.
Quoted
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Lists, templates and automations moved across
What you get
- Everything running in one place, the old platform retired
Good to know
What we can bring across depends entirely on what your current platform lets you export. Send history often cannot move, so we check before quoting.
Self-service email and social media tools
Use the same tools we do, with our team a call away when you need us.
Marketing Cloud self-service
Known as Communications Platform Management
Your team builds and sends emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with training and support from us.
$350 onboarding, $75 per user a month, $0.003 per email you send
How it works and what you get
How it runs
- Your contacts flow from CBX, so bad addresses get caught instead of living in a spreadsheet
- Your sends and our automated programs sit in one place, so nobody gets four messages in a week
- Unsubscribes become our problem to manage, not yours
What you get
- Platform access and training for every seat
- List migration, a data hygiene pass and templates at onboarding
- Live performance you can watch without asking for a report
Good to know
Your team sends under our sending reputation, so onboarding includes a mandatory list hygiene pass and a consent clause in the agreement. The $0.003 rate covers emails your team sends. Programs we build and run for you stay at $0.025 on the same invoice.
Social media graphics library
Known as Social Media Content Library
Shop a library of ready-made graphics and post on your own schedule.
How our credit union marketing services work
The mechanics behind the services above. Most of it is either a commitment we already keep or a constraint you would hit anyway, so it is better said up front than discovered later.
Cadence
Every journey runs on a scheduled data feed set to daily, weekly or monthly. Daily processes every workday, weekly on Monday, monthly on the first working day. A member who triggers on Tuesday afternoon enters a daily journey Wednesday morning.
How it reads your data
Batch journeys use the member’s data as it looked when they entered. Near-live journeys re-read current data as the member moves through, which costs more to build and fits anything likely to change mid-series.
How a member enters
One member, one pass. A member cannot re-enter until they exit, and someone with more than one qualifying membership goes through once in a 90-day period. Item-based journeys, like card notices, send once per item.
Who stops receiving
Closed memberships, third-party opt-outs, contact opt-outs and deceased members are checked at every wait period. You can pull a named member out the same day you ask. Extra exclusions are set per journey.
Reporting, at no charge
A monthly performance report built during setup and sent on the third of the month: sends, unique opens and clicks, rates, unsubscribes and bounces, by month and by day.
How long a build takes
A library message is live in weeks. A journey built from scratch typically runs eight to twelve weeks from signature to first send, most of which is content, approvals and testing rather than build time.
Changing something after launch
Up to two copy updates a year are included in the monthly fee. Each one goes through your written approval and a final proof, filed to your folder. Structural changes are quoted: they pause the journey, apply the change, and reactivate it.
Ending one
The journey stops, the import automation deactivates, the member selection in CBX is switched off and the report stops. Every step is documented and a second person verifies it.
The plan sets the scope
Where there is a marketing plan, it decides what gets done and in what order. Changes get written down rather than quietly absorbed, and direction is recalibrated every quarter.
Measurement before launch
No campaign goes live until tracking and success measures exist. If we cannot tell you afterward whether it worked, we have not finished building it.
We only promise what we can deliver
What we tell your members and your board matches what we can actually do, and timelines are realistic at the point we quote them.
Getting started is the same every time
Analytics access, social accounts, brand assets, approval workflows, team introductions and compliance contacts, collected the same way for every credit union.
Built with compliance in mind
Work is built against NCUA rules, Truth in Lending, Truth in Savings and fair lending. Your compliance team keeps final review, always.
A standard email design, at no charge
Every email product comes with a standard template designed in your brand. You are never paying separately to make an email look like it came from you. Custom design systems and component libraries are a choice, not a requirement.
Nothing sends without your approval
Every campaign and every message goes through your review before it runs. There are no exceptions to this one.
Custom queries and member lists
Query building and member list pulls route to CU*Answers, who own the CBX expertise and price it far better than we could. Ask us and we will point you at the right person rather than mark it up. The custom query reporting subscription on this page is built and run by CU*NorthWest and billed through us.
CBX training and tool setup
Wrap-up code setup, sales tracker configuration and general CBX software training go to CU*Answers. The CBX reviews on this page are about using CBX for marketing.
Printing and mailing
We design the piece and coordinate the vendor. Production and postage are billed at cost by the printer, not by us.
Compliance approval
We build against the rules and flag what we see. Your compliance team signs off, and nothing here is legal advice.
Website hosting and domains
We do strategy, design and the build. Hosting, domains and registrar management stay with you or your provider, billed at cost where we coordinate them.
$0.025 per HTML email on everything we build and run for you. Emails your own team sends through Marketing Cloud self-service are a flat $0.003 each.
Text messaging
SMS, coming soon, is a monthly program fee by member count, plus $0.04 per text sent. It is priced separately from email because the carrier costs and the consent rules are entirely different.
Fixed prices and starting prices
A flat price means the work is the same size at every credit union. “Starting at” means the effort scales with something specific, usually your size, your website, or how many markets and branches you run. We confirm the real number in a written quote before anything starts.
What we mean by campaign
A campaign is built around one goal and runs across email, online banking messages, mobile banners, outbound calls and print, and each card names which it uses. Paid search, social and display are priced on their own cards, with ad spend passed through at cost, and never sit inside a campaign price.
What a monthly fee pays for
For journeys and automated messages: monitoring, the exclusion checks at every wait period, same-day removals, the monthly report and up to two copy updates a year. For paid channels: ongoing management within the scope on the card, and the monthly paid media report. For recurring reports: pulling the data, building the report and writing the findings each period. Each ongoing card says what its own fee covers.
Journeys are one price
Every automated journey starts at $1,800 to build and $375 a month, however many touchpoints, branches or versions it needs.
Starting a marketing partnership
A partnership starts with a marketing plan, because the plan decides what the monthly hours go to. Single-channel services, like paid search, include the plan for that channel in their build fee.
Revisions
Design work includes two rounds of revisions and a final round to prepare the files. More rounds are $150 an hour.
The paid media report
Monthly, by ad campaign: spend, clicks, conversions and cost per conversion, funded accounts where tracking allows, and what we are changing next month.
Custom work
Marketing work outside a fixed-price service is $150 an hour, quoted with the hours before it starts.
Media and postage
Ad spend and media placements are passed through at cost. We do not mark them up, and for paid channels the spend is usually the larger number. Print and postage are billed directly by the printer.
Design
Standard email design is included in the product price. Anything beyond it, including mood boards, component libraries, graphics and brand materials, is priced separately and listed under Brand and design.
Setup fees
A setup fee buys discovery, content, approvals, testing and scheduling. It is one time, and there is no fee for launching later than planned.
Changes to your rate
These are our 2027 prices. They apply to new clients starting now, and current clients move to them on January 1, 2027. Future rate changes are communicated at least 90 days ahead and take effect on January 1.
CBX
Almost everything that targets members runs against CBX. Journeys, scorecards and retention programs need a data feed in place before they can start.
Your website
Anything that touches your site depends on your content management system and who can publish to it. Some platforms cannot host what a campaign needs, which is worth checking before you buy.
Analytics access
Attribution reporting needs access to your analytics and permission to place tracking on your site and applications. Without both, we can report on sends but not on funded accounts.
A named approver
One person who can approve content, and a compliance contact. Campaigns stall on approval far more often than they stall on build.
Your technical contacts
Email deliverability and domain work needs whoever controls your DNS. We identify what to change, your IT team makes the change.
Honesty about capacity
Tell us what your team can genuinely absorb. A plan built for a department you do not have is worse than no plan.
