Xtend’s Outbound Conversion Support service is available to assist your team with notifying members of changes at your credit union. Whether it’s a merged in CU, a debit/credit card conversion, or an event taking place in the near future; Xtend is able to complete outgoing phone calls to a pre-defined group of members to confirm they are prepared for the change.
