Online Banking Community “OBC” stories provide an easy, convenient way for members to stay informed with ongoing initiatives happening at the credit union.  Customizable text gives your It’s Me 247 “landing page” a fresh, updated look that keeps marketing initiatives consistent and relevant.  Members have the opportunity to apply for a new loan, access social networking sites, and access posted articles, keeping them current with credit union initiative.

A key component of a credit union’s social media strategy, eInfo provides the ability to push member- facing marketing content to members as they navigate to view their eStatements. Consider our eInfo as an “electronic statement stuffer” for your members. This includes your paragraph in the OBC (Online Banking Community) section of It’s Me 247.

Our Member Marketing program allows YOU to create the story and let us do the work.

To update your eInfo or OBC content, complete and submit the eInfo/OBC form. Requests must be submitted by the 20th of the month in order to be published the 1st business day of the following month. Failure to submit content by the deadline will result in scheduling the content for the next statement period.
