It’s that time of year again!

As a valued client, we would like to offer our assistance (free of charge) with your notification to members regarding your year-end substitute 1099-INTs if you’ve opted to include these details (1099-INT) on your statements. By now, your credit union should have received a copy of the 2019 Year-End Processing Guide which gave you instructions for selecting your 1099-INT tax form handling preferences.

Please fill out our form no later than November 27th to take advantage of Xtend’s offer to assist with these member communication tasks free of charge. We will not perform any maintenance or send any communications without receiving this form from you first. We look forward to hearing from you!
