How it helps

Helps new members understand your products and services, and can remind them to enroll in self-services like It’sMe247 Online Banking, eStatements, Bill Pay and more.


A series of up to eight customizable touchpoints, which can contain one or several HTML emails. Each touchpoint focuses on a different topic, and is scheduled to send emails automatically to members who fit certain criteria.


Some standard touchpoint topics include: Welcome, Online/Mobile Banking, Checking Accounts/Debit Cards, Loan Products, a New Member Survey and more.
