Inbound member service provided during Contact Center business hours, including returned voicemail calls to members. Call coverage includes overflow calls, after-hours calls and more.

How it helps

Seamlessly extends your member service capabilities. Also helps turn member calls into sales leads. We use CU*BASE to assist members directly, and we answer as your staff, using your procedures to handle calls to your specifications.

Hours

Branch XT is available 8am – 8pm on weekdays and 8am – 5pm on Saturdays. Extended hours (8pm – 11pm on weekdays) can also be purchased for an additional monthly fee of $500. All times are Eastern.

One-time fee:

$1500*

*Dependent on if launched within 3 months of effective date.

Ongoing fees:

$90 / month administration
$3.89 per call, with a

minimum based on asset size

or 90% of your previous six months’ average; whichever is greater.

Minimums by Asset Size:

Up to 200M          $250
$201M – $500M       $350
$501M – $750M       $500
$751M & above       $1000
