Owners who decline to vote electronically can obtain a hard copy of the ballot on our elections page beginning the week of May 1, 2020.

Paper ballots will also be available at the meeting in June. Owners who would like to wait to cast their vote may do so at the Stock Owners meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Electronic Voting FAQ

Whether or not you will be attending the Stock Owners Meeting in June, you can choose to vote via proxy, either by mailing your ballot or by voting electronically. Owners can choose to cast their votes via Simply Voting; see details above.

Q: Do I have to present at the Stock Owners meeting to vote?

A: No. Whether or not you will be attending the June meeting, you can vote via proxy, either by voting electronically or mailing your ballot. The easiest proxy choice is to use Simply Voting.

Q: I received election materials electronically. Do I have to vote electronically too?

A: If you decide at the last minute that you would prefer to cast your vote after hearing from the candidates at the meeting, that’s fine!  We’ll have extra copies of the ballot on hand, and as long as either the CEO or the CU Board Chairperson is there to sign the ballot, it will be counted along with all absentee and electronic votes.  We will still count only one vote per owner, of course, based on the one we receive last.
