Xtend Contact Center announces new service, Xtended Hours

Xtend’s Contact Center arm, Xtension, announced that they will begin to offer Xtended Hours to all clients on February 1st, 2019. Xtended Hours will be available as a stand-alone service or in addition to Branch XT inbound services and will allow credit union members additional access to contact center assistance weeknights from 8-11 p.m. ET (5-8 p.m. CT).

“We are very excited to begin offering Xtended Hours to all of our clients,” said Matt VandeWater, Xtend’s Contact Center manager. “In an increasingly busy society we understand that members are increasingly demanding access to their credit unions during untraditional business hours.”
