Xtend, Inc. hosted its second semi-annual Sales and Marketing Roundtable for 2018. The roundtable was held at Xtend’s headquarters with attendees traveling from California, South Dakota, Michigan and more, with the added feature of remote access for those who could not make it to Grand Rapids, MI.
The roundtable offered the opportunity for credit union professionals to collaborate with their peers to discuss various marketing and sales related topics. Xtend also had the honor of hosting guest speaker John Wilkening, chief retail officer of Notre Dame FCU of South Bend, IN. John spoke passionately about the sales culture he’s created for his employees, why it’s important, and how he got there.
“To see credit unions of various bases and sizes connect so openly to discuss marketing plans that did or did not work and set fire to ideas and plans for the future drives home the network effect we work so hard for,” said Jalyn Lindeman, assistant manager of the Communications team at Xtend. “We look forward to the continued participation and dedication from our credit unions as we plan for future events.”
Xtend plans to host the Sales and Marketing Roundtable events in March and September of 2019.
